Bible Reading Plan

Below is the schedule for my family Bible daily reading plan. Reading this affords you to read the Old Testament once and the New Testament & Psalms twice a year. It is of our opinion that to anyone relying on the Word of God for knowledge and wisdom, this would be the minimum.

Read the 1st two chapters in the morning at 7am, and the last two chapters in the evening at 7pm, including any and all family whenever possible so you can all read together (Yeah. We're ALL going to have trouble with that one). Start on today's date. If you get behind, don't try to catch up, just start back on whatever day you're walking in today.

You can't believe how many brothers and sisters around the world that will be on the same page you are... That goes a long way in having "one mind... one heart" in the Spirit. It greatly helps us all be on the same page, especially within our immediate family.

So, IF you choose, here's the schedule:

My wife, my two girls and I join with you Matt as you and your family join with us. One heart, one mind, one body in Christ. Together always no matter where the Lord takes us. We love you!

You're still there and you still remember me... and you still love me... and you looked me up! God is just completely wonderful to a man sometimes. He just...

Oh Mikha'il... One of these days, brother. One of these days... We have MUCH to catch up on... We have a WHOLE LOT of grill smoke to make. Roger?

And ... Oh yeah! The reading, LOL! Oh wow. It's been great since I started... I'm lovin' it... But I'm gonna be lovin' it even more now because I alREADY feel closer to you, man. I love the Holy Spirit. He's a master transporter, LOL!

    2. Aww, yeah let's definitely do some grilling. That'll give us something to blame the tears on lol. Hey remember when I had lost about 6 months of memory, well it did eventually come back. I remember every word of every conversation you and I ever had. It's all back. I'd never forget you. We even pray as a family for you every night together. My daughters call you Paw-Paw Matt. You'll always be family. I don't get online hardly ever but I check into Saeed's facebook for updates about once a month for 5 minutes and what did I see today? Your username, and I was thinking that was probably you or else Connor because his middle name's Matthew. So I did a little digging, saw it was you, might of had a good cry lol and then I saw your link to here. I have to say, this is the first time in a long time I've felt like I was home. I do have a genuine fear of the internet but you know I'll be checkin in whenever I can, and when I'm silent, I'm still here.

When I think about the past, leaving out details... we were all doing the right thing, all living for Jesus, we were on the right track living good lives, and along came satan in his big old logging truck and ran us all down. Did God allow him to, or were we too foolish to see him coming, could it have been prevented.. I've got infinite questions, but they don't matter. What matters is we got back up, fixed up our armor, rededicatd our lives and families to God, and got back out there. We may have some battle scars and even some still healing wounds but that's all part of life. The enemy scattered us and so we're all separated but I don't feel like we are. I've never once felt like you were any further from me than today, let alone yesterday. As far as I'm concerned, you and I had good coffee at breakfast together this morning. A thousand years is but one day, in Christ. Brothers may be spread apart but distance has no impact on anything spiritual. In Christ we're right here together. Let's not give the enemy the satisfaction of making us quit. Lift up the Name of Jesus. Praise His Name! He is good and His mercies endure into infinity. He told me something yesterday in my sleep. Do you know why the universe is constantly expanding? IT'S BECAUSE IT'S NOT BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD HIS GOODNESS. It's not big enough to hold His glory. That's why we're also always growing spiritually. That's why we MUST share His goodness with others. That's why we MUST glorify His Name. There's not enough room in our hearts to contain His goodness which is His glory. He's a fountain of LIFE within us, pouring out His glory to everyone around us.

this life we've shared, Matt, it's been painful. I know it's painful but it's so good to be alive in Christ. I wouldn't have it any other way.

      I won't say goodbye either.

      Mikha'il

  2. Matthew, a little bird told me you were here. I don't use the internet and I might not be able to frequently check your posts but I've been following this reading plan faithfully for 6 years as it was given me by the Keirans, and I will continue to do so daily with my family. It makes me feel so much closer to you to know we read the same thing and soak in the same Word each morning and evening. We may not be able to share our lives physically at this time but none the less we are one in spirit and always together just as Mik has stated. Matthew, Kona is in the Light. We're sorry for the past and thankful for the future. My wife gave birth to a baby boy yesterday, James Matthew Reid.

    Be blessed, Matthew.

    Together forever,
    Markus

    1. I tell ya what, Beloved Brother of mine... You two just don't think twice about pulling BOTH triggers at the same time on a man! Do ya???

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! I would think someone's playing a joke, but this wouldn't be funny! MMAARRKKUUSS!!! Bouncing new baby boy, YESTERDAY, named James Mathhew Reid??? Ohhhhhhh man! This... these two coms have made my YEAR, MAN! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Markus? Life is so good.... I've lived the last 4 1/2 years imitating the deVil, hiMSelf... but I think that's ended. Starting this past few days... I'm lifting HIM up, man... just lifting HIM up. I've had plenty of time to PROVE to everyone around me who "Matthew" is... Now, they have no problem giving God the credit when something good comes from me... and neither do I. From here out, it's about Him, man. I know how you feel, being sorry about the past and thankful for the future. I'm with ya all the way, Beloved.

Kona in the Light... I had heard that a little while back... but it's extra nice to hear YOU say it too. Things seemed so.... hopeless there for a while to me... but that's just when it get's good to God. He laid the SMACK DOWN on that darKNess and I tell ya what... I'm STILL awed over it all... and daily I become thankful all over again.

Never again, Comrade. From here out, we fight! Amen?

Gosh Markus... Like with Mikha'il... there is just so much we could catch up on if we had like... forever to just hang out, lol... And so many your way I miss so much and have missed since they left...

I just can't say goodbye, brother. I try to make myself. I can't. I'll cling to the possibility of us meeting face to face the way it should be, until my last day. If it works out? Great. If not? There's always the other side at Home. But you'll forgive me if I hold out for the here and now.

You look into yourself and remember the way I love you, Markus. You and James too... and Mikha'il too if he's listening, lol. You all look inside yourselves and know, because I'll never be able to put the love GOD gave me for each of you into words. It is by far the most powerful thing I've ever encountered.

I love you, Markus. Hugs and kisses to the wife and nephew of mine.

Did I say I love ya? lol... Ok... Ok.. I'll st.... lol...

  4. To Markus, Mikha'il, and any other Brother of mine that may be watching this...

We are blessed, Brothers. These times have been beyond anything we can explain in the pain, sacrifice and achievement in it all. I know we are ALL in the process of healing and restoration, but I know enough already to know we will all make it back home alive, Brothers.

We've learned, I hope, that we can't keep digging up these landmines of the past. That's what our enEmy intended for us when tHEy were done with us. In this is our destruction. I hope you ALL have realized that.

I've found "The Road That Leads Us Home", Brothers. Most likely there's a bunch of you ahead of me and I thank God for it. All we need to do is go to God in everything. Seek Him in all things and it is HE that will bring us happiness. Don't seek happiness. Pursuing God leads straight to happiness and every other fruit of the Spirit. Our answers about our past isn't in the past... They are in our futures. God is with us...will be with us. All we need to do is just go back to Him, the way we were when we were first born again (unless you were born in the foxhole, which I know many of you were).

I can feel the enEmy influence falling away from me as I speak, Brothers. Because of this, I know you all must be experiencing the same things. Let's continue. let's continue until we become truly "normal" people. It has already been achieved for us, Brothers. I don't know who it was exactly that stomped the enEmy's neck? But this enEmy that we had... iT is no more.

So let's seek God for the ability to apply to our lives what we know... Let's rightly crawl up and out of the foxhole of our minds, having a wonderful reality and future to look forward to without one enEmy blip on the radar. I know it'll take a while. But this chain is broken. Let's test it a little more every day. I'm sure we'll all find that we are no longer restrained to the perimeters we're accustomed to.

I look forward to all our futures, Brothers. Let's finish this healing and restoration...do it right according to the instructions in that PTSD writ... We'll finish this so we can maybe have lives together the REAL way. God as my Witness, I want nothing any more on this earth than to share good coffee and grill smoke with you all. To me, Heaven wouldn't be any better...almost.

I love you all. Mik? Markus? I love you guys. I'm shedding what the enEmy gave me in the lies about you. I'm getting my love back for everything... I'm being restored. I trust you two are also. I want you BOTH in my future...just normal people, with normal lives, sharing extraordinary friendships.

Talk you you soon. I miss you guys...

  7. You know, Brothers? I was just sitting here getting ready to drop Mikga'il a note, asking how my grandbabes were there, and I realized: Everything written here could have been, probably was, notes from my enEmy. If this is so? Well then... I'll just look forward to knowing you in reality not long from now.

    God Bless You, Brothers... <3
